Looking for a few good Teachers:
Valley Faith Co-op (VHSA) is looking for a few good teachers for our co-op!
- DATES for next year are tentatively set for: Sept 21, Oct 5 and 19, Nov 2, 16, and 30, Jan 18, Feb 1 and 15, March 1, 15, and 29, closing program 4/5 . Class start time has been moved up to 9:30am. So the class periods would be 45 minutes each with 5 minutes between to change classes.
- As a teacher, your commitment would be to teach a one period class for 12 sessions, on those dates. (you may offer up to 5 classes during our day if you like)
- You may charge for the class to cover your materials costs or expertise. Please remember that if you miss teaching a class, you are required to provide a substitute teacher, or you may have to refund class fees.
- We will provide each teacher with a room monitor for security reasons, unless the teacher already has a co-teacher arranged. The main goal is to observe our two adult policy.
While we have nearly 15 12+ age classes ready to go for next year, we have half as many for 8-12 years, and only two classes for ages 5-8. We are also looking for our precious preschool teachers! (Morning preschool please contact Marcy Thomalla 308-635-1495).
